Leasing Period and Rent
1. Rental contract time: 5 years for 1 term, totaling 60 months.
2. Rental pricing method:
Equipment model 500 type-security deposit 60,000 yuan / monthly rent 5,000 yuan (rent is tax-included, and billed on a monthly basis)
Equipment model 1000 type-security deposit 80,000 yuan / monthly rent 7,000 yuan (rent is tax-included, and billed on a monthly basis)
Relay bellows 400CFM-monthly rent of 80 yuan (rent is tax-included, and billed on a monthly basis)
Relay bellows 600CFM-monthly rent of 100 yuan (rent is tax-included, and billed on a monthly basis)
Relay bellows 800CFM-monthly rent of 120 yuan (rent is tax-included, and billed on a monthly basis)
Remarks: a. The performance bond (deposit) will be refunded without interest when the contract expires; if the contract is renewed, the original performance bond will continue to the new contract. If the new contract expires, if there is no renewal, the performance bond will be refunded without interest. b. The equipment at the end of the contract belongs to the company.
Rent Preferential Measures

Those who rent less than 3 units will be priced according to the original rent.

For renters of 4 to 10 units, each unit will be exempted from rent by 5%.

Upon expiration of the lease, if you renew the lease for another term (5 years), you will be entitled to a 20% discount on the original rent.

Those who renew the third term can enjoy a 25% discount on the previous rent
Rent Payment Method

Annual payment: The rent is paid once a year to enjoy a 10% discount.

If you pay the rent for half a year, you can enjoy a 5% discount if you pay the rent once every half year.

Monthly payment: If the rent is paid monthly, there is no preferential payment according to the contract rent.
